By using Sparkles MTG, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or hosted services.

Your decisions remain yours

Sparkles provides organizational tools, estimates, simulations, market observations, card-condition estimates, and AI-generated analysis. These outputs may be incomplete, delayed, provisional, or wrong. They are not financial, tax, legal, grading, authentication, or investment advice; they are not guaranteed offers to buy or sell; and they do not guarantee that a deck, product, card, price, condition, or rule interpretation is correct. Verify consequential decisions with primary sources and qualified professionals.

AI-generated content and autonomous edits

AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing it and for how you use it. Sparkles asks permission before an AI action may edit a deck and creates a recovery checkpoint, but you remain responsible for approving and reviewing the result. Report unsafe or materially incorrect responses through the in-app report control.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for information you submit. Do not use the service to attack, evade limits, infringe rights, upload unlawful material, expose another person's private data, or interfere with the service. You grant only the limited permission needed to transmit and process submitted content for the feature you requested.

Availability and accounts

Features, providers, limits, and pricing may change. Access codes, reviewer grants, trials, and subscriptions are account-bound and may expire or be revoked for abuse, refund, fraud, or service closure. You are responsible for securing your sign-in methods. Account deletion has a 30-day recovery period described in the privacy policy.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or data preservation. You accept responsibility for your use of the app and content generated through it. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
